We work predominantly in Chelsea and the areas surrounding it, please note that fees apply for travel beyond 15km.
A call out fee covers multiple costs such as; the time it takes for a plumber to attend your property, assess the work and quote your job. It also covers the administration tasks of booking your job, creating and sending your invoice and filing compliance certificates when required.
A compliance certificate is issued by a licensed plumber to certify that the work carried out meets the relevant standards, codes and regulations. You can read more here
